are just around the corner and with the threat of a Republican controlled House
and Senate looming over the nation it is more important than ever to get the
vote out and support candidates who reflect our progressive values and

Representatives is Oklahoma State Senator Al McAffrey, the first openly gay person to serve in the Oklahoma Legislature.

has long been known for its inability to relate to women, but in recent months
they have attempted to tone down their sexism in an effort to attract more
women to their cause. But according to
Eleanor Clift the Washington Correspondent for The Daily Beast, the ongoing
effort by conservative Republicans to blur their records and fool women into
thinking they’re moderates is just not working.
She joins us today to discuss the GOP’s continuing war on women.
