Today on The Signorile Show!

4:05pm ET - In early November of 2014 the Supreme Court agreed to the hear the case of King v. Burwell which centers on the question of whether the Internal Revenue Service may permissibly promulgate regulations to extend tax-credit subsidies to coverage purchased through exchanges established by the federal government under Section 1321 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.  The plaintiffs in the case are seeking to defund much of the Affordable Care Act and strip health insurance from as many as 13 million people.  Joining us today to discuss this lawsuit and who is actually behind it is Ian Millhiser, a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress Action Fund and the Editor of ThinkProgress Justice.  You can also follow Ian on twitter and you can check out his new book Injustices: The Supreme Court's History of Comforting the Comfortable and Afflicting the Afflicted which is due out on March 24, 2015.
