Last year, Gov. Mike Pence put Indiana in some hot water when, in a private ceremony closed to the press, he signed what was seen as the nation’s most sweeping Religious Freedom Restoration Acts, which allows virtually anyone or thing to claim religious exemptions from complying with state and local laws. Now, we have learned that the state was looking to double down with what is being called the “Super RFRA”, which would strip away more protections from LGBT Hoosiers. Joining me today on the show to talk all about what's going on in Indiana is Jennifer Wagner, who is communications director with Freedom Indiana. You can also follow Jennifer on twitter.
