The Michelangelo Signorile Show on SiriusXM PROGRESS ch.127

All across Wisconsin today voters are heading to the polls to voice their opinion in the states primaries, the state is rich in delegates and comes a week before the crucial primary election in New York state , where it was just announced that Sen. Bernie Sanders and Sec. Hillary Clinton have agreed to meet for a Democratic debate on CNN and NY1 on April 14th.  Joining me today on the show once again to talk all about the primaries in Wisconsin and New York as well as the upcoming debate is Karen Finney, Senior Advisor for Communications and Political Outreach for the Clinton presidential campaign.

On the show, we cover the Supreme Court a lot – from the cases that are argued before the Justices to the decisions and dissents they hand down that impact where we’re heading as a country.  Sometimes a case we’re watching don’t go the way we’d hope and other times we’re victorious at the High Court.  And while some may argue that the decisions are coming from “Judicial Activists”, my next guest says that’s not the case and highlights some of the forgotten work of citizen activists that get the Constitutional Change we’ve seen in the country over the past 25 years.  David Cole, author of Engines of Liberty, joins me now to talk all about it
