Today on The Michelangelo Signorile Show on SiriusXM PROGRESS ch.127

Open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act, begins today and the fourth such enrollment period since the exchange marketplaces went online starts amid headlines about escalating sticker prices during an election year that has shoved the widely misunderstood reform law back into the spotlight.  Joining me today to talk all about the law and what everyone needs to know about the three-month sign-up period for next year’s insurance coverage is Jonathan Cohn the Senior National Correspondent for The Huffington Post.

Since we last spoke with Mark Joseph Stern of Slate last week a lot has happened, we’ve learned of the groping allegations against Justice Thomas, we’ve watched the Human Rights Campaign flip flop on its endorsement of Sen. Mark Kirk (R), and we’ve found out that the Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether Trans students can use school bathrooms.  Mark returns to the show today to talk all about these issues and so much more.
