Today's Show: Case Dismissed


3:30pm EST: A federal court in Miami has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a Washington state lesbian who was not allowed to visit her dying partner at Jackson Memorial Hospital. I'll speak with Janice Langbehn. Also, Beth Littrell, Staff Attorney from Lambda Legal's Southern Regional Office in Atlanta, was the lawyer in the case and will give us insight as to what went wrong and what the next move is for Janice Langbehn, who lost her suit against Jackson Memorial Hospital.
