The Big Day
The gay marriage flood gates officially open for everyone in California tomorrow morning, but the first two ceremonies will be held tonight at 5:01 PM PST for a pair of couples who were pivotal to securing the right to marry there. Del Martin and Phyllis Lyon (who were the first to wed in 2004) along with Robin Tyler and Diane Olso (who were plaintiffs in the case that was argued successfully before the State Supreme Court) will exchange vows in San Francisco and Los Angeles respectively.
Also, Robin Tyler will be on the show tomorrow along with couples from all over California to help celebrate this historic victory.
