Today on the Signorile Show!

3:35pm ET - The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case that could jeopardize the Affordable Care Act.  The lawsuit, King v. Burwell, could eliminate tax credits for millions of Americans using the federally-run marketplaces.  Without subsidies, premiums could as much as triple prices for those who need the most help.  Think Progress managing editor Igor Volsky wrote about this Supreme Court case.  He joins us today to discuss what it could mean for American healthcare.

4:35pm ET - In stark contrast to 2010, Tea Party candidates lost most of their elections last Tuesday, even with Sarah Palin campaigning with some of them.  But, their rhetoric and primary challenges continue to influence the Republican Party. writer Betsy Woodruff argues that the Tea Party is more savvy, sophisticated and disciplined than you think.  She joins us to talk about the Tea Party’s influence on the midterms and looks ahead to their role in the 2016 elections.
