3:35pm ET - The Supreme Court has
agreed to hear a case that could jeopardize the Affordable Care Act. The lawsuit, King v. Burwell, could eliminate
tax credits for millions of Americans using the federally-run marketplaces. Without subsidies, premiums could as much as
triple prices for those who need the most help.
