Since his election as Governor of Kansas, conservative Republican Sam Brownback has plunged the state into fiscal problem after fiscal problem. The budgetary woes which have been a recurring theme during the two-term tenure of Governor Brownback, are a direct result of a series of deep tax cuts that he ushered in after taking office, and now it was just reported by the Kansas budget office that things are about to get even worse in the Sunflower State.
