Republican Drag

Unlike at the Democratic National Convention, where we had our LGBT Sirius Radio banners and "The Michelangelo Signorile Show" blaring from our booth, producer David Guggenheim and I are playing it, well, a little bit closeted here. Or call it Republican drag. We both have our button-down shirts and blazers in tow, particularly to go down on the floor and talk to politicians and delegates. If it means they're going to run away if they figure out too soon who we are -- or if we look like more of the "liberal"(read: left-wing hippie-commie) media -- then I'm fine with playing it discreet and doing some Republican drag. Maybe I should don Sarah Palin wig and glasses!
